These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotes, orders and services provided by Structure Packaging (“we”, “us”). By requesting a quote or placing an order, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms. Specific details such as prices, quantities, payment terms and timelines are confirmed in your quote or order confirmation, which takes priority where it differs from these terms.
1. Quotes
Quotes are based on the information you provide, including product type, size, material, quantity, printing and finishes. Any change to these details may change the price and timeline. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.
2. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and meet the payment terms stated in it. Production starts only after order confirmation, required payment and artwork approval.
3. Artwork and Intellectual Property
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all logos, images, text and designs you send us.
- You remain the owner of your artwork. We use it only to quote, proof and produce your order.
- We may decline artwork that we believe infringes the rights of others or is unlawful.
4. Proofs and Approval
We provide a digital proof for your approval before production. Please check all text, spelling, colours, dimensions and layout carefully. Once you approve the proof, we produce your packaging as shown, and errors that appear on the approved proof are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Colour and Production Tolerances
- Colours on screen are shown in RGB and printing uses CMYK inks, so printed colours may differ slightly from screen previews. Pantone references help achieve closer brand colour matching.
- Slight variations in colour, cutting, folding and finish are normal in printing and packaging production.
- Small overruns or underruns in delivered quantity can occur in print production. Any such allowance is stated in your quote.
6. Changes and Cancellations
You may change or cancel an order free of charge before you approve the proof. After approval and once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible, and costs already incurred may be charged.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines in your quote are estimates that start after proof approval and payment. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for details on delivery, damaged goods and returns.
8. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
